Graduate Programme

Our 12 month programme comprises rotations through our main practice areas:

Corporate
Resources
Commercial/Property
Workplace Relations
Structuring & Succession
Finance & Technology

The opportunity to experience different areas of law and work directly with principals and senior practitioners will allow you and Allion to identify which area you are most suited to for the longer term.

As part of the programme, you will complete the Practical Legal Training (PLT) component of your admission requirements with the College of Law.

In addition, you can expect to:

undertake a comprehensive induction programme;
attend a wide variety of continuing professional development (CPD) seminars as part of our internal CPD programme; and
enjoy a wide range of social and charitable activities with your various practice area teams and the wider firm.

2012 Graduate Programme

We have filled all of our law graduate positions for 2012. Our next graduate recruitment programme will take place in mid 2012 and the relevant dates will be posted closer to that time.
