- Advising ASCOT Capital with respect to property related matters for its ongoing $1billion redevelopment of the Jandakot Airport commercial precinct into what will be the biggest business and industrial park in Western Australia;
- Advised a
client on capital raising for the establishment of a hospital business by way of offerings under Information Memorandums, drafted and negotiated the share subscription agreement, shareholders agreement, assumption deed, lease and other related transaction documents;
- Advised a client on the sale of industrial business and land to a national company;
- Advised a client on a distressed sale of business and land following negotiations with a big four bank, national corporate and government creditors;
- Acted on settling the purchase for the syndicate who acquired the office complex at 1 - 5 Havelock Street, West Perth for $30m;
- Advised LandCorp in respect to leases and related property matters for the Ashburton North Strategic Industrial Area south of Onslow;
- Acted for the Vendor on the sale of the management rights of "Oaks Broome" at Broome to Oaks Hotels & Resorts (Vic) Pty Ltd, the transaction being finalised in November 2010; and
- Advised client on capital raising for the establishment of a hospital business by way of offerings under Information Memorandums, drafted and negotiated the share subscription agreement, shareholders agreement, assumption deed, lease and other related transaction documents.
